Its a fake site, not related to us in any, way, shape or form.

what can be done about this?

Report them to the internet police, that'll do it.

Well the site works. I checked out an episode and it worked. This site probably won't last long though. Taking the name of a site that got taken down is just asking for it. Taking all bets guys taking all bets! How long do you think this site will last?

Why do anything? Let them attract attention and get taken out if they want. It will keep attention off us and other sites then. If they somehow survive then we'll have another dub site for a while (assuming it's not a trap with Viruses lying in wait). But there is a 90% probability they will be down within a few months.

Since it is not registered to him, no. But the name "JustDubs" is still pretty hot. If a site gets a take down notice, they're not stupid, they will wait and see if a new site pops back up under a new domain and bust that one too.

Also, I edited the title to remove the links. Lets not redirect people to that site. The fact that people know a fake JustDubs popped up is enough to detour them from visiting it.

Not really. he didn't help make this site someone just made a copy cat after his site got shut down. It's like is a 2 bit criminal copied a famous one. That famous one won't get in trouble for what the copy cat did. So the authorities won't go after Noey just because someone stole the name of his site. If anything it will help Noey by giving those idiots something else to chase after. I mean Noey basically rolled over and played dead so they have no reason to bother him now but another site is copying him and trying to take his place so which do you think they'll focus on?

No. he didn't make it and he made it pretty clear he wants to drop off the face of the earth so why get him involved by telling him. If he happens to notice it he can just pretend it doesn't exist.

I'd think that if Noey has left instructions to be informed about such events, it would have been with his staff members - they will take care of that as needed, it's none of our business to butt in. We can just sit back, relax, and watch the copycats get on the receiving end of the law hammer.

oh it will get hit HARD here soon, the owner might get fined out of his a**. they are actually hosting the anime and not just linking it... and that is a serious difference in law

I thought AU Engine is their personal host? They don't host all of their stuff on Au engine though. They use a lot of other streaming hosts.
