Yoshika Miyafuji, Akko Kagari, Kyoko Sakura... I can't nominate them all. Though I do feel like submitting my usual "obscure" anime character, just 'cause. Maybe I could enlighten the masses a little or at least bring light to some poor, underrated anime.
