Seriously.... voting for something called Shamisen, compared to a cat called Happy, that can fly. And is part of the bad ass mofos of Fairy Tail.
Especially when Happy has more screen time, and has feelzy backstory.

I don't understand some members reasoning behind who they vote for, so far I only understand Ovyda's reason well sort of, but still how is Shamisen better than Happy?

Just personal preference, out of Happy and Shamisen, I just prefer Shamisen. Screentime, personality, etc, etc... It all comes down to personal opinion and interpretation. Doesn't have to be much more logic than that.

I have even had Shamisen as my Avatar and still do on a couple of accounts, never had Happy due to my preference for Shamisen.

It's just personal opinion and taste. Like one my favorite characters ever is Cifer Ulquiorra, who got like 10eps at max out of 366 episodes. So even if Ichigo is pretty much in every episode, has his awesome moments and etc., I would still vote for Ulquiorra. How does that not make sense to you?
