Name that Anime

I am trying to find an anime movie i watched on JD a while back, but i cant remember the name. I would be forever grateful if someone could name it for me. Here is a brief description on what i can remember: Ok all the characters have mutant powers and they are being hunted by some organization. The organization has cyborg people in it. The main character can transform in to this blue guy and he can regenerate to some extent. Him and alll of the other characters run this garden amusement park place, and they use watches to hide there powers.


I know this inst a very good explanation but i really hope someone knows.

I can however help you out, the anime you are looking for is the movie series Towa no Quon, in total there are 6 episodes which run for about 45-50mins each.
I am sure it is this, but just to be absolutely certain the blue mutant looked like this right?
