Hey, bedheadred. When I watched JustDubs, one of my favorite shows was the movie Akira. I have decided to buy it on DVD, but I need to know which of the two dubs the site used. Was it the Streamline/Kodansha 1988 dub or the Pioneer/Animaze 2001 dub? If you know, please give me a response.

Not sure. You could always tell him to watch some of the streams and compare the quality of the video to determine which one we had. Since the new one is Blu ray there's bound to be some difference.

it was the pioneer/animaze 2001 i remembered it after re-watching it

Yup, it was the Pioneer/Animaze 2001 dub.
