Video Games Made Me....

What horrible things have video games done to corrupt your life?

i ran over 20+ people on the sidewalk before the cops even noticed

Made me a couch potato and gave me carpel tunnel in my right hand. I cant type longer than about 3 minutes because of it.

video games made me pickup a sword 3x my size and kill guards/police with it

I can just imagine all the money I could've saved had I never got into video games.

tell me about it. The worst thing that happened to Generation X was something called the video arcade. Where you sink quarters to play video games that only last about 2 minutes tops. Back then the average kid spent about 2 hours on average in the arcade on the Friday and Saturday nights. That average out to be about 20-30 bucks a night per child. Very expensive but good business while it lasted.

Made me want to throw up.... (The Neverhood, perhaps?)

mm, video games are relatively cheap in comparison to other things, if you wait for sales and stuff

I guess that is mostly true

(there are other console games but you have to hack the gaming console to play them and that might not be worth it)

Seriously: Games expanded my vocabulary at an early age. So it wasn't a complete waste of time after all!

Maybe serious: Games made me score 5 points for every mailbox I hit with a car.

Video games made me pick a light sword fight a monster even worse than a Rancor.
