I feel bad for the guy that came up with Myspace. He came up with the idea for Facebook before Facebook came out, and still lost to it.

My best friend, well okay how about we call him shounen A yep that'd be him alright. Now I'm not even sure who I'm really talking about, all of my friends I went through high school with so thats out for shortening it down, and personally I don't see the need to label someone as a "best friend". To me they are either a friend, an acquaintance or someone I don't care for at all simple really.

Or perhaps this makes me seem too cold, maybe I should say it is a forum member? I know I'll take the indirect route that allows everyone to think it could be them.

You never know, maybe my best friend could even be someone that is reading this post.

Here's a good story about my best friend. Back in middle school the guy was a jerk and a bully. Always picking on me and getting on my nerves. Basically I hated the guy.
One day I had enough and literally punched him and the face with all my strength. He started bleeding from the nose, we both said nothing and we both walked away. I'm not a violent person, I even shy away from contact but enough is enough.
Next day he said nothing, me feeling a little guilty (yeah I'm a softy) didn't press the issue or rub it in his face. Ever since then we got along so well and we never did mentioned that incident.

My best friend is a man named Ryan. We met in biology freshmen year together, and we almost got into a fist fight. He dropped out at the end of that year, and I didn't hear from him until six months after high school, when through a mutual friend, he heard that I was a decent guitar player. He called me up one day on my way home from work, and I decided to let the past be the past, and see if it was worth the while to join that band. It wasn't, we never went anywhere because our bassist was lazy, and never showed up for practice. He moved up to New York eight months ago, and I am supposed to go for a surprise visit on his birthday this fall.
