Okay so Fridays question

How many songs do you have on your iPod, MP3 player, phone or whatever else you use to listen to music to whilst on the go and are any of them from anime?

I only placed 44 songs on my ipod [so far] since I don't really like bands and I only really listen to like 1 song from each band I have listed. As for anime songs I have 11 on it.

I have over 1,300. Strangely enough I'm only using up about 5 GB. Probably because more then half of them are in midi format from older generation video games Very Happy

When I get my laptop back I should have my old collection merged with my new one again, so currently I've 0, but I will have 1409 songs. I'll also have 13 songs that are not related to anime and Vocaloid, but those are separate from the 1409 while there's also the K-ON! OST and HTT songs.

My pc is my device for music on the go since it's a laptop and it doesn't leave my arms' reach excl. a few reluctantly considered safe places and now with it being out for repairs.

to those who doesn't, are you planning on having one?

me, i dont have one but i plan on buying one. just the gun no bullets.

May I ask why no bullets? This is actually a very dangerous thing to do - a gun w/o bullets is not only useless as a means for self-defense, it can quite literally be the death of you. If you are attacked and produce a firearm, to the assailant you instantly turn from a victim into a deadly threat - they will automatically assume the gun is loaded and you are fully intent on using it, and they will act accordingly. If they cannot match you they may retreat, however if they also have a firearm OR they command some type of special combat skills (martial arts included) they are likely to fight you as if their life depends on it (because in their mind it does). Thus the encounter may very well end horribly for you and/or anyone who may be accompanying you at the time. Bottom line either buy a firearm and lots of ammo and learn how and most importantly WHEN to use them, or do not touch a firearm at all. There is no in-between.

As for your question - let's just say that all around our home there are hidden adequate means to stop an intruder (human or animal alike) dead in their tracks. And we all know how to use them. And we have. And they work. Sucks to be a bear of a coyote.

well basing from the place i live (the location) and how the houses of my neighbors placed (really congested), its less likely that an armed man would go near my house much more enter. he would be caught in no time whenever he used/uses/will use a gun. three police stations are placed near our house. i only said a gun for i plan on collecting ones someday. they are gonna be be for display purposes. if you were thinking about the carried guns, dont worry, they will be welded to an iron bar so they wont be taken anywhere far from home.

Oh, my apologies then - it's just that I've had conversations w/ people who recognize the crime-stopping power the mere presence of a gun can have, but who do not want the responsibility that comes w/ handling a loaded firearm, so they came to the conclusion that an unloaded gun can stop crime w/o the chance of ever actually hurting anyone. Which is not a bad idea in and of itself, however things are never that simple. But yes, w/ three "donut shops" (who ever came up w/ that nickname?) near you I'd say you got the home defense thing covered pretty dang good!

Collecting, yes, cool stuff. When I look at a firearm I don't see a means to end someone's life, I see a mechanical device. And I love mechanical devices, the neater they are the better. Lots of older firearms have very neat inner workings, I'd love to collect some just so I can look at them and admire the genius it took to come up w/ the design and the craftsmanship it took to create the actual gun. No different from old cars and motorcycles really. Or antique mechanical clocks, I'd collect entire clocktowers if I had my way. lol

I don't have or ever used a gun before. I would like one though one day for two reasons. One is because owning one sends a statement that I'm willing to fight for my rights (protection, independence, the usual reasons).

Also I would like to practice my marksmanship. Maybe I can be good enough to succeed in competition? Always impresses me how some people can be excellent shooters.

My man! I have a Colt 1911 .45, springfield xd compact 9mm and have a concealed carry permit, I got it after a shooting at the mall close to me, and a cop and a little kid both got shot last year. I thought where I lived was pretty safe before that.
