Cooking Club: What Did You Have To Eat Today?

Shoulda mentioned this earlier but every time i read it, i just crave asian food.

I had chicken teriyaki, strawberry woopers, blueberry oatmeal cake, and reheated spaghetti.

Breakfast, toast. Lunch, grilled cheese sandwich and cheetos. Dinner, remainder of last nights chinese food. And now, I consume vodka and beers.

Vodka and beer... I've heard that's a bad combo

I had Pork chops marinated in a fruit-y sauce with apples, peppers, and onions. Seasons mini potatoes on the side, delicious.

anyway i cooked some sausages, bacon and eggs. Diced them all along with some tomatoes and added them to some pasta, added some herbs (cant remember which ones XD, i make stuff up as i go along).

and it was yummy

I am very proud of my dinner tonight. We had steamed artichoke with butter and garlic dip, grilled pork chop marinaded in teriyaki and other stuffs from the fridge, and baked red potatoes with rosemary.

Made some tacos. WAY better than taco bell.

Homemade is always better, even if you're not a good cook the satisfaction of making your own meal is worth it.

Another amazing dinfast. Eggs over easy, potatoes, bacon and biscuits and gravy. I'd take another picture but I posted one already and I eat this for dinner once a week at least.

Tonight I made Spinach and Bacon Quiche. Om nom nom.

tonight i had lasagna, can't post a pic because i already ate it.

Baked chicken with lemon pepper and cilantro served with guacamole

Just had Tuna salads. Easy, fast and tasty

I had arros con pollo, rice with chicken, looks something like this.


And also sweet plantains, yummy.
