AUSTRALIAN WEATHER

alright just to clarify in Australia we never get tornadoes, the wind was as strong as a tornado but it technically wasnt one

and i also lived in Bundaberg for 6 years, just moved away after the floods there 2 years ago.

the wind and rain has also been crazy over the rest of the state and we may be in for the same massive floods we had two years ago.

Well that's not good. People got to be careful in those floods, no way to know if there are any down powerlines and those currents are deceptive. I live in tropical weather and see this from time to time, it's the floods that cause the most damage.

this was just seen off the GoldCoast in the south eastern corner of Queensland.

btw the GoldCoast is seeing the best weather of anywhere in queensland atm.

and i just learnt that my families farm up north in queenland is underwater and we have lost a tonne of stuff

damn dude, that sucks, but, the bright side is you dont live where i live

Storms, tornadoes, and droughts. I'm sitting in perfectly warm evening, what the heck is going on out there?

Flooding sucks. I live near the Mississippi River, the largest River in the United States. I see flooding like that all the time and each time it sucks.

Sucks to live up North, but lucky for me I get the nice sunny hangover weather.

oh and that first bridge i posted, the water is level with it and it looks like it might break apart

i kinda wish there was flooding so i can latch onto a pole and a helicopter can come save me while playing guiles theme song

i dont understand, how does the OCEAN flood? i mean, cant it just run infinitely in another direction? i understand the tides, but this is beyond that

this isnt from the ocean, this is just from rain.

but the ones from the ocean are caused wind pushing the water up and by the rain on the ocean increasing the amount of water in that particular area of the ocean

Yeah you guys have been having a hard time with the weather recently, and now they are saying that it will come down to hit us too.
It has been raining all day here and they expect it to pick up over the next 8 hours, so it will be interesting to see if we are going to see scenes such as these here too.

Oh and I thought I'd post a pic of the foam that has ambushed a Queensland town due to the cyclone

seeing images like these doesnt surprise me much. ive been seeing these whenever a typhoon will hit us.

just lost contact with my families farm, last we know is that they now have no phones, power, vehicles (they got washed away)

i hope its the the vehicles that got washed away not your family or the farm
