So we don't have rules anymore? Right... Erza lost but then a person comes and says "Oh ye I'd have voted..." But you didn't so... And higurashi never voted, how come his vote is on the list?

Higurahi voted on the old site at 9:40pm CST before we moved everything here, so his vote is legit. Red's vote, well upon further examination you're correct - she did not vote on the old site, just here and almost an hour after the deadline. Legion's vote for Erza was not counted because he was way too late, following that same logic I agree w/ you that Red's vote and the whole tie numbers game should be discarded and the win awarded to Erza's opponent... That's what the rules say at least. But there are extenuating circumstances this time, namely that Red was way too busy on FB to notice if she actually voted or not... So it can be looked at either way - if you can somehow convince Red to withdraw her vote I'll promptly change the bracket to reflect it, but as much as I hate Erza and would love to see her eliminated considering the general chaos of the situation I don't think making an exception this one time and accepting Red's late vote and the result of the tie numbers game would be inappropriate. The ball is back in your field now, lol

My vote was late because the FB page exploded and I had to deal with it. My responsibilities come before a game. No one called the round for me and I usually wait to be the last vote in case a tie breaker is needed. This is an extenuating circumstance relating to the site. The current vote stands.

Oh, I stopped by the FB page, I saw the mess you had on your hands - as far as I'm concerned that's one good reason the round wasn't called at the normal time. Like I said I'm perfectly ok w/ Erza's win, not happy about it but I do consider it a fair win. Anyways:
