other link sites not anime

I been seen a TV link site (just a link site) service go down like overnight (today in fact). It was very popular so I was wondering if it gone dawn for similar reason JD did. What do you think?

technically, we were just a link site as well as we never hosted anything, but, i think even providing links can put you in trouble, not really sure and dont have tim to read the rules of the internet

I just let my imagination get away from me. The site was merely down temporarily for maintenance.

Technically link sights are illegal since they link to copy-protected material.

I seen one site go down over and over again by virtue of the secret service seizing the domain. they buy another domain similar and go back up. This went on for years until the FBI tracked the twenty year old kid and arrested him as he exited his class at Oxford University in England.
