Yeah they can be, but dramatic stories really touch me on a deep level and make me think. I like other genres, but i they don't stay with me as much as the kinda sad ones.

IP man(1 and 2)

Mortal Kombat from 1995

This movies hold special places in my heart. IP Man just because it's freaking awesome and Mortal Kombat for pure nostalgia.

My other two favorite movies are:

Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy: This one I love just for the sheer hilariousness of everything that goes on. It's also got all my favorite funny people in it. Plus I have a man crush on Will Farrell. Also I hope when the second one comes out they go above and beyond the first movie. I have high hopes for it being better than the prequel.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button: Man, this movie hit me so hard in the feels for some reason. The concept was amazing, in my opinion.

I couldn't chose between any of these even if I wanted to, so I guess it's a tie then, they all take the prize as my favorite movie.

The dialogue was terrible, the fight scenes were ok, but overall.. It wasn't that good. At least in my opinion. Was a cool idea tho, and one of the few video games that ever had a movie made after it.

It's one of those movies where it's really cheesy, and people like it for that. A movie like that might now wouldn't fit with Mortal Kombat today, but back then it was everything you could ask for in an MK movie. MK wasn't serious and a serious movie for it would.. suck.

I've yet to find anything as re-watchable to me as The Secret Window. By far my favorite film. But it's not like we've gotten anything special in a while anyway.

My favorite is the Star Wars Trilogy.

Honorable mention goes to Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and Shaun of the Dead. I also really enjoy the Matrix movies, LOTR movies and Sweeny Todd.

It's about the wife of a time traveler, and the times that she meets him and falls in love with him.
