Because Haruna is better; but Eucliwood is another option.

Though I could sit her all day listing the options, but it wouldn't help me decide.
And I'm just starting to get tired of Blair coming up all the time in these nominations. The only one that I could have seen her winning was the Nyanuary one, but she hasn't a chance in any of these other ones. She's just a slot taking up space meant for a real magical girl/boy.

How is she not a real magical girl? She is more cat that girl but she has plenty of magic. If someone wants to nominate her then it it totally valid.

Oh I know (I stressed "real" intentionally to imply there are much more suitable nominations), but I'm just saying that for her to be nominated once again would just be a waste of space (and a recurring one at that).

I mean, I'm not knocking Blair, she's a fine enough character, but the repetition is starting to drown my view of her. Someone can nominate her, but I'm already done voting with her.

I'm not trying to be all negative, but it's bothering me.

Umm, witches and wizards use magic therefore making them magical boys and girls. "Witch" and "Wizard" are just terms by which we label magic users anyway so there is no infringement upon the rules.
