The OVA and the series are two different things. They do however have similar characters and plot. Also the OVA was made a good amount of time before the TV series. In other words, this OVA can "stand alone".

Voices of a Distant Star, that is a special and is only 25 mins long. That won't make for much of a movie alone so Spor, I propose this. How about we watch that special plus whichever movie wins? That will top out at roughly 2 hrs for whatever movie wins except Spirited Away which will top out at roughly 2 and a half hrs. I also propose we watch Distant Star first since it's the shorter one and then the movie. Though with a break in between to have time to run to the bathroom of course so roughly 5-10 min break in between. So what do you think?

As for my vote I vote for Cased Closed Movie 3. Though I do want to watch all of them except BRS OVA and Spirited Away but that's cuss I've already seen them.
