Hello and welcome!

You are now officially a JustDubs Content Manager. So what does this mean?

We expect our staff to behave in a professional manner and serve as role models to the rest of the community. Your skills and previous experience(s) have served to get you this far, but you are now on a two week trial period. You will be evaluated during this time on your productivity, efficiency, and overall ability to work alongside our staff.

You will need to read through the Staff Policy sign-off form which will be included in your introductory PM. We are still working on the new site but I will begin informing you of what we'll be doing in preparation for the new site opening. If you have questions, please direct them to me since I will be organizing all the Content Managers and volunteer uploaders from now on.

Thankyou to everyone who applied, it was a very tough choice and I wish we could add all of you on. If anyone else who applied is interested in contributing to the site as a volunteer uploader everyone is welcome.

Seeing Maddy's name written in green, weird. Now I have to wait until Ovyda posts to see how his name looks.
