I agree 100%. When i read the ending i felt a huge emptiness inside
As for my my worst ending, School Days(anime). Seriously, you would have never expected an ending like that judging from how the anime began

I've said it before and I'll say it again.
Umineko has the worst ending in Anime.
Why?
Because it ends where it's about to get good and there is no hope for a second season.
God I just want to strangle DEEN for doing this.

cant really say the worst but i have my fair share of "WADAPAK" endings

Also, I'm going to throw in Darker Than Black. Not terrible, just disappointing and nonsensical.

Well I'm not sure for my worst since I kind of forget parts about shows, so typically anything that leaves me wanting more since it didn't finish everything. Shows like Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei and [now] Gantz I would love to see more of since I found them greatly entertaining. I've heard rumours about Sayonara's manga ending actually but it isn't out yet and info seems limited from what I've seen at least as the most memorable quote I remember is "SHAFT shafted us again" it makes me so curious.
As for Gantz's anime end, I just want more and that isn't decisive enough, kind of like Black Lagoon more is just needed.
Now the what the hell type endings I'd have to say either Generator Gawl or Heroic Age is the worst/most confusing I remember, seriously what happened for them? I don't really understand, Heroic Age was a decent watch until that last ep while Gawl was definitely a way out there ending.

- but they really didnt stop the curse. they only knew how to stop it every school year. i am also not convinced that it would really give them a happy end. their process of stopping the curse is not efficient. leaving a recorded message as a guide for the next class is just pure meh.
you may call it the OCD effect (which i think is) for the reason that i dont like things that are left undone. well it was half done but its not done completely.

Yes, that one. Even though I would have been sad to have the series end with only Season 1, I would have preferred it.

I love both of these Anime's, but yes they botched the endings. They Should have gone by the Manga's and left them open for a possible second season. Trinity Blood did but in a WTF just happened sort of way.
