Valentine's Day

It is 2 days until Valentine's Day. Do you have any big plans with your sweetheart?

Of course. I'm going to write a few exams while she takes the train home.

2 days away? I forgot about V-Day. I guess it'll be like most other days lol.

This year I have the unfortunate responsibility of participating in this commercial holiday xD.
I bought her this really big plush bunny.. and some chocolates.
We're going out to dinner at a place called Nakashima where they have a bomb hibachi dinner.

Eh, car insurance, groceries, rent, the usual expenses.
I just don't like the premise if valentines day, can't you show your love without shallow gifts? Does a shiny rock or flowers prove love? It's always something I haven't liked, but hey whatever. At least I'm going to my favorite restaurant in town. ^_^

You can always make something for your loved one. That usually holds more meaning than a bought gift.

I will be joining the forever alone club and eating chocolate ice-cream while I'm home alone, watching the chihuahuas and the cat while everyone else goes out.

Even my 7-year-old brother has a little date.

I have to babysit for one of my married friends. But he's paying me with a 12 pack so, yay.

I'm not trying to spend Valentines day with anyone else for awhile. Some people already know this about me but I was married for 5 years which ended in a bitter divorce.

Well, it's only going to be for like 4 hours. And it's more of a favor for a good friend who he and his wife never get to go out and do anything because of their kids.
