what is your worst "caught-red-handed" moment?

Hehe. When I was 17 I had this 15 yr old girlfriend. I just got my Drivers license and had my Mom's car for the day. My girlfriend talked me into doing the unthinkable - let her drive my Mom's car.

Hey i was young and stupid at the time.

Anyways she proceeded to do thing with the car that still send chills down my spine thinking about it. The car did not survive the fifteen minutes she had control of it. Worse we were in a heavily populated development not too far from our own.

While I was debating on the story I was going to tell my parents the POLICE showed up. After all they were called because of us. Geez reaction times were great in those days. Well onlookers told them who was driving before I could say I was. And worst yet they thought we stoled the car. Before he cranked the squad car up with us in cuffs in the back seat I had a melt down and blurted out the entire story from my perspective.

The officer called my parents via Police Radio and they confirmed my story. One little detail though is my gl at the time told me she had her learners permit and that was one of the reasons I decided to let her drive in the first place. Guess what!! If you say that was a lie then you win the prize.

While the officer was talking with my folks I looked at her with hate and growl softly, "You LIED to me!" All she could do was say while crying, "I know." She knew I detested liars.

It does not take a brain surgeon to know we broke up because of her lie that nearly got us in Juvenile Hall not to mention she nearly hit four kids. Luckily she missed them.

I don't think anyone can top this true being caught in the act true story.

Oh my punishment - my parents took my license and made me work off the $1500 repair bill for fixing Mom's car by doing odd jobs like mowing lawns and such. I was also grounded for a year. No school football games, parties, or dances. And above all else no dates which sucked majorly.

lol, wouldn't be appropriate to tell some of those in the forums...

When I was 16, I told my parentals I was going to a friend's house and actually went out cruising (which I was forbidden to do). Once on the strip, my car caught on fire. A fire truck had to come put the blaze out. I had to call my dad and get the car towed home. That was the most silent, awkward ride home ever.

Wow Red that story nearly is even with mine. I bet you have others that can put mine to shame. Like you said those won't be appropriate for this forum.

Well, it's not as bad as getting car towed or police officers... But when I was 6 - 8 maybe, I had found my grandma's stash of money. Being young, I stole a couple of dollars. My mom found out and forced me to return it to her and apologize.

Usually, as soon as I get home, to when I go to bed.

Before I went back to public school, I spent almost all day on it.

Way too much time, probably more then half my day is in front of some kind of monitor. I try to balance it by hanging outside though.

I can spend any where from .5 to about 6 a day. It just depends on what interests me, and how much energy I have after work.

It depends on do I have to do anything else, or can I do something else instead but I can spend way too much time on a computer sometimes.
I generally get 2-3 hours at least a day although I have had it exceed 10 before on quite a large amount of days in a row.
Probably shouldn't say but at one stage a year+ ago I was kind of doing from 8am to 4am the next day obviously only getting 4 hours sleep and offline time. Wow that makes it sound like I was addicted but it wasn't that bad as the times were always subject to change.

student days, 5-7 hours a day.
now, 10 hours every weekend.

5-10 hours daily

Okay so posting Fridays question on a Saturday while still in the designated morning time for the thread is weird to me because I really thought that this was going to be the first time I posted a question late.


Anyway the question is, if you could go on one TV game show which one would it be and why?

a game show that is now about questions. but something about quizzes. like choosing which basket to choose where there is a price inside. that kind of game show

Cash Cab--the prize is cash and the questions are relatively easy.

Well, I don't watch TV very often, and when I do it's never game shows. So I have no idea what game shows there are out there. But, from what Red said, Cash Cab sounds good. Or just something with cash as a prize. I don't really care about cruises or any of those sort of things.

what food are you craving or wanting to eat?

Hmm interesting, after watching Toriko it has made me hungrier but not for any one specific thing.

So right now the only thing I am craving is more food, I can't even narrow it down to sweet or salty products, I simply want something to eat.
