opinions on quality please? available in 1080p

Quality looks pretty good. Tried the 1080p quality and it looked about the same as the 360p (still pretty good). I couldn't really see a difference. Some games support the 1080p and some force a lower resolution, even if the PS3 is set for 1080p so I wonder if the game forced a smaller resolution on the PS3.

To me the 1080 and the 720 looked the same to me. I could see some difference in 480 and could tell the difference at 360. Anyways I think all of that has to do with youtube. The sound and and visual was really smooth.

I don't think YouTube is doing your tests any justice. I'm just not seeing the difference between the 360p and the 1080p. Either that or the device isn't capturing 1080p... but I know nothing of video capturing devices.

On second thought, I could be wrong and the quality is just really good where I can't tell 360p and 1080p apart.

well these are straaight recordings, I haven't edited anything. so the device is capturing 1080p or it wouldn't be available to watch at that res

I use an elgato game capture HD, the max quality is 1080i though, not p ^_^.
Then again I only upload in 720p anyways due to the fact it speeds up the upload process a bit.
