Synopsis:Ookami Ryouko is a spunky and, by some accounts, rather manly high school girl. She is tall, speaks in a traditionally masculine way and is very proficient in fighting. Ookami-san's best friend is the small and high-pitched voiced Akai Ringo. Incidentally, the two are rather flat-chested, a fact the Narrator (voiced by Arai "Kuroko" Satomi of Railgun fame) is all too eager to point out.

Ookami and Ringo are members of the Otogi Bank, a club in Otogi High School that assists students with their problems in return for their assistance on a different problem at a later date; thus the Otogi Bank is effectively a loan institute for problems where you can take out a loan for a solved problem but you have to repay it sooner or later.

The Otogi Bank is able to solve any problem and will go to any lengths to do so, often leading the members to danger or mayhem. Since most of the members of the club are female, another male is needed for the more dangerous assignments. Thus, the scopophobic (the fear of being looked at) Morino Ryoushi is inducted as a member, right after he confesses his love for Ookami...

I just started watching it the other day, I'm currently through 5 episodes. It at points feels cheesy to say the least, but I would recommend you watch it. If I had to give it a score it would be 7.5/10

I would think this would belong more in romance, but I could see the Fantasy aspect of it.

I watched it, and I did enjoy it. A second season would help with it too. The humor in it was good too.

The protagonist was textbook tsundere, if you are into that arch type. The plot was also quite unoriginal. I liked the fairy tale puns and the old woman narrating. I gave it a 3 of 5, mostly because I enjoyed the novelty of emulating an American fairy tale.

I agree this is more of a Romance/Comedy genre.

After giving it some thought I would say that this was an average show. (7/10) Like Red said Okami is the typical tsundere and the boy is....less masculine than Okami herself.

There was some good humor like others pointed out, but I wouldn't necessarily call it exceptional.

Overall it's an anime I would watch once and still be left unsatisfied. It definitely needs a second season. Right now it stands as an anime to just kill time and not really attach to the viewer.

Hope this is somewhat helpful.

I watched the dubbed version of this anime. I thought it was all right; it wasn't stellar by any means.
And yeah, like Blazer said, it could do with a second season
