Another favorite of mine is the Aquaria soundtrack. Very atmospheric and nostalgic game reminiscent of Super Metroid and Zelda, and I think a lot of that is owed to its music. I didn't expect myself to enjoy it nearly as much as I did when I bought the Humble Bundle it was included in.

I enjoyed the music from Time Hollow. It's a strange game in that it's not really a game, basically just a short OVA interspersed with minimalist "gameplay" that is almost impossible to lose or get wrong unless you're deliberately trying.

As for my favourites, I absolutely love the soundtrack to Shadow of the Colossus, and this one is probably my top pick from the bunch.
