3rd Madoka Magica Film to Open in Fall

The April issue of Nikkei Entertainment! magazine reported on Monday that Gekijō-ban Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magica Shinpen: Hangyaku no Monogatari (Puella Magi Madoka Magica New Feature: Rebellion), the third Puella Magi Madoka Magica film, will open in Japan this fall.

Takarajima's men's fashion magazine Smart had reported last month that the film will open this summer. However, the editors of that magazine later said that they made an error.

Figures. Shoulda known. The 1st two came out last year around the same time so it makes sense they'd have the 3rd one at the same time next year. Who wants to bet it'll be in Oct. too? Needless to say I ain't happy it's so far off, esp since that's the Japan time frame there and not outside of Japan time frame. :/
