Anime Saturdays Voting: Week 5

Voted for Eva movie 2, while Movie 1 is just a boring recap of the show without much improved graphics, Movie 2 looks STUNNING and has an all new story, so I'm all for that.

The reason why I voted for the second movie. That and I own it on DVD, so I don't have to worry about my internet crapping out on me.

I've heard EVA 2.0 is meant to be AMAZING.
So I voted for that.

I felt like the first movie got better in the second half. Hopefully the second movie keeps the momentum going, so I'm gonna give it a chance (or maybe I'm just looking for an excuse to keep bashing Shinji).

Alright. I voted for the Conan movie. Maybe we can get some people who voted for the others to switch their votes.

Seeing as I was never into DBZ, I refuse to watch the Gurren Lagann one because I haven't finished the series, and I didn't watch the Eva one, I'mma go Conan.

You don't need to see the first EVA movie to watch the second one. They aren't connected.

First movie is crap. Second movie is pretty good.

I beg you guys.... Don't ruin Saturday evenings anymore...

iv seen the second one, it actually is pretty good and has a well driven and understandable story.

iv also seen the DBZ movie, its ok.

Fate/Stay Night is awsome for anyone who loved the series, but, although the storys arnt connected, if you havnt seen the original story, you will feel kind of confused as alot of depth is taken out (they took a longer story, and put it into a smaller time frame...)

i never really liked conan

so i vote for GL, as, i didnt even KNOW there was a dubbed movie of it

It's not a dubbed movie. Parallel Works is an anthology of animated shorts featuring characters from Gurren Lagann in alternative worlds. Every clip is animated by a particular animator of GAINAX. Each part is between three and eight minutes. So all of them together is about the length of a regular movie, if not less.
